The Collector’s Visit by Aburideen, Class 4: The collector Mrs. R. Vasuki came to our school. She came on November15-2006 at 3-30 pm. She came in her government car. The board showed the sign “collector” Dindigul District. Aiswarya, Rizwana and Juliet danced. Abu, Martin and Aiswarya did Karate. Arun, Abu martin and Juliet acted in the drama “The foolish crow”. Arun was the crow…ka ka. All the children sang “I Salute My Flag” we all had tea. The collector liked our school. We were all happy.
“My School” by M. Martin Raj, Class 4: I am getting a New School building. I am very happy. My new school is red and white. We need many bricks to make our school. Our friends are giving us the bricks. We will Plant trees and make a garden. We will draw pictures in the school. We will study well. I will call my friends when the building is ready. We will have a library. We will have Computer’s. We will keep our school clean.
Our school dog by Aiswarya, Class 4: Jeeva is our School dog. She is black and brown. Jeeva is always running and jumping. Jeeva has a bushy tail. Jeeva likes children. I am not afraid of Jeeva. Jeeva is a German shepherd. Jeeva is hanging her tongue. Jeeva is two years old.

School Annual Day at Kodaikanal:
My School Satya Surabhi Nursery and Primary School, Attuvampatti, Kodaikanal, celebrated its seventh annual day here recently. The school students showcased their skills in yoga and karate on the occasion, part of the school’s curriculum. Parents, well wishers from the local community participated. Uma Maheswari, AEO, Kodaikanal, who presided over the function, distributed prizes to the students. Speaking on the occasion, Maheswari said that the school, managed by Satya Surabhi Trust, provided free education, midday meals, books, uniforms to the economically under privileged rural children of Kodaikanal and it was on a par with other good schools of the country imparting value based education to students.
